My 87 year old mom was interested in taking CBD oil. I took her to Lighthouse. The maker of Grand Remedy CBD oils happened to be there. He spent a great deal of time, patiently explaining the benefits of CBD. He and the girl working there were so very helpful. I definitely recommend this store and will return soon!

Like any nutrition related thing, pricing is always an issue, but better than the big nutrition store that starts with a G. When you come to Light House they know what they sell..the other place will read or let you read about the product you have questions about. Workout, Protein and get some rest.

Great store with a ton of options. The owner is a former bodybuilder and she and her staff answered a lot of my questions which was awesome. I finally got tired of buying junk online that is cheaper but doesn’t work. I’ll definitely be back to buy more product when I run out.
